How to set up my profile?

To set up a Job Seeker profile,  click “Register”.  Then, simply follow the step by step prompts to set up a Job Seeker profile.

Can I submit a new application for the job that I have already applied for?

Yes you can update your application.  Click the drop down arrow next to your name and then click “My profile”.  Once you have updated your profile, the employer will see the updated application.

How do I set my Job Seeker Profile to Public?

Setting your Job Seeker profile to public makes your profile visible to employers looking to fill roles.  To set your profile to public, go to settings in your Job Seeker user profile (using drop down arrow next to your name).   Scroll down to “Profile Privacy” and click on “Public”.

Why can't I use the platform?

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to create a Job Seeker profile.  Click on “Find Out More” to be redirected to Pharmacy Board.

Why did I receive Request to apply?

The employer has viewed your profile and considers you as a good fit for the advertised job and has invited you to apply for this job opportunity.  The request to apply notification will be sent to your email as well.  If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

How do I reset my Job Seeker profile password?

If you have forgotten or wish to reset your password, at the Job Seeker log-on page enter the email associated with your Job Seeker profile.  Then, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the directly below the password in-put box. 

How do I view jobs I’ve applied for?

To view your job applications, log into Job Seeker user profile. Then, click on the “My Jobs Tab” followed by the “Applied Tab”.  Here you will be able to view all jobs you have applied for through your Job Seeker user profile.

How do I accept an interview appointment?

To accept an interview appointment either click on the notification to or log into your Job Seeker profile and click on the “upcoming appointments”.  Then click “accept now”.

Can I set up interview reminders?

Yes!  To be reminded about upcoming interviews, go to “Settings” in your Job Seeker user profile (using drop down arrow next to your name).   Click on “Yes” to receive interview reminders sent to the notification centre in the platform and your email.  If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

Can I get job alerts?

Yes!  To get alerted by email about jobs that fit your profile, go to “settings” in your Job Seeker user profile (using drop down arrow next to your name).   Click on “Yes” to receive job alert notifications.

Can I change my email address?

Your email address is your login name.  Unfortunately it cannot be changed once you are registered.
